Meet our Founder

Nik Kingsbury

Nik has a lifetime love of all things technical and logical. 
He spent eleven years working in film and television production, wrangling people and processes to make adverts and movies. 
Following that, he spent two years as a small business owner in the hospitality industry, where he was the face of service and security.

A common theme to his working life is his natural ability to master and utilise technology to optimise any businesses he is involved with. Leveraging his wide network and the transferable skills honed at the coal-face, he seamlessly transitioned into IT. After sixteen years across various roles, he established Sphere12 in 2016.

Nik understands the big picture of project management. 
His ability to think ahead and always “analyse first” means his application of technology focuses on long-term resolution rather than fast fixes. And a key part of that approach is about having a business mindset.

Today, Nik and his team bring a combined experience of thirty-five years, offering the benefit of ‘Extra Time’ with well-rounded thinking, to service international clients with world-class IT solutions.
